How does a marketplace works?
The tri-party solution is a trading platform where the seller and buyer interact for buying & selling of goods. The ecosystem only allows registered sellers to list their products online and only registered buyers to purchase the same.
Every order placed on the website earns a certain percentage of commission which counts to the marketplace’s revenue rest is paid back to the seller as his payout.

The 1st step for a marketplace is to attract service providers who wish to sell their services online.
To start the online selling journey, the service provider needs to register himself on the portal followed by uploading his KYC documents.
Upon validation & approval from the admin, a service provider can access the main dashboard and can start with the service listing process to sell them online.
Once the provider registration is approved by the admin, he can access his panel and start with the process of creating his profile.
The provider profile is displayed to the buyer at the time of service booking and enables the buyer to know every details of the provider before he takes a decision.
The profile includes: Input Display Picture, Experience & Bio, Past Experiences & Recently completes Works and Serviceable Locations.
After the provider’s profile is created, he can start with the process of creating & listing his offered services.
While creating the services, the provider needs to define the attributes, description, serviceable location and the type of services i.e. in-person or digital service.
Once the service listing is created, they are shared with the admin for his approvals.

The list of newly created services are displayed to the admin under pending status and the admin has an option to go thru the service description post which he can approve or reject the same. As the service booking process is completed, an intimation of the same is shared with the buyer & the service provider.
The list of new and pending bookings is available in the provider’s panel where the provider can see the complete booking details.
To be able to fulfil the booking, the provider can take necessary actions and change the booking status.
