Lifeasy.in is a services marketplace operating in the Delhi-NCR region. The company manages a fleet of service technicians on the company payroll and a team of external agents who work on the marketplace model. They offer multiple services related to household needs and repairs.

The need was to create a platform that allows the client to manage a fleet of in-house service agents and outsourced service agents in various segments of home services like Electrical, Plumbing, AC Repair, Pest Control, House Cleaning and many more.

They were operating out of a single location primarily Delhi-NCR but planned to scale to multiple locations with service delivery hubs working on a company-owned and franchise model at later stages.

The solution we offered had an iOS, Android, and Web application for the buyers and a backend panel for the admin to create and manage multiple hubs, service technicians, and locations.

It included an android app for technicians to track the stages of services allotted to them and allows admin to follow the current location of a technician on Google Maps.

It even allowed the admin to host and manage a hardware store for on-spot purchases and tracking repair orders.
