Thinqstore is an online platform operated by ThinqPharma. ThinqPharma is a pharmaceutical company with a global presence. They are Head Quartered in Singapore and having a fully equipped Research Centre in Mumbai, India.

Thinqstore.com aimed to sell a range of products manufactured by them dedicated to personal wellness and addresses a gamut of health issues right from managing health, preventive healthcare, and enhancing lifestyle.

The challenges we had?

The Ideation phase of Thinqstore indicated that this would be a standard sports nutrition and health store. A web store must dynamically represent the parent company, conveying the synergies to the end-user.

An in-depth discussion with this client revealed the client's desire for a standard eCommerce solution with a 'Product Authentication' module. This module allows the buyer to authenticate the product he has received by entering the serial number.

The admin stored the serial keys on the system, and each buyer received a unique key with every purchase. A module's scope stated that a product is not genuine if the system does not verify the buyer's serial key entered.


The Resolution

In spite of the limited number of products available, the website has a rich & beautiful frontend that conveys the brand's synergies to buyers. Admins in his backend were able to input a set of unique serial keys using the product authentication module developed. Additionally, the keys were provided to the production team for assigning to each product.

Buyers on the website could input their received unique Serial Key along with their name & contact information to authenticate the purchase.

When the serial key is entered and submitted, the system displays whether it has been authenticated or not. Since the product was sold by many offline & online channels, this module helped buyers develop confidence in the brand and allowed management to develop a customer database.
