Shopnshops is amongst the first multi-vendor marketplace platforms we created in 2013. At that time, marketplaces were new, and significantly less was known about their operations and processes. We did assist the team to get a stable multi-vendor marketplace platform online with SOP’s implemented for vendor enrollment, buying process, order splitting, and fulfillment. It was launched pre-integrated with multiple payment gateways, seamless integrations with logistic providers, and actually dedicated seller panels.

Shopnshops required a marketplace solution to tie up with multiple sellers across the nation and list their multi-category products on their portal.

The primary need was to allow buyers to purchase various products in a single order cycle, and subsequently, the backend team and the sellers could efficiently process the order. The system was to be integrated with payments gateways and various logistic partners for smooth operations.

The buyer frontend was parted in a web-based desktop application.

Curating the requirements, we designed an innovative b2c marketplace that was integrated with Payment gateways, SMS providers, and logistic partners. The marketplace had an admin panel from which the admin could manage all the rules & operations associated with his website.

The admin panel’s extensive features help him keep a track record of every operation and performance report of the seller and buyers. He also has the functionality to send push notifications to the buyers on their mobile applications.

The sellers had a dedicated panel for product uploading, order processing, account statements, and performance reports. The sellers can upload products using single product or bulk product upload functionality.
