Does Retaxis provide products for me to sell?
No, we don't provide any items to sell. It's up to you to find products before getting started with us. If you don't have products, we recommend looking at various drop shippers and warehouses for help.
 
I don't have any experience building websites. Can I still use Retaxis?
Absolutely! Our software is designed to be very user-friendly. Thousands of clients have built their website for the first time with us. We also offer several online resources, technical support and professional services to help make your storefront look great.
 
Can I use Retaxis if I live outside India?
Yes, we have several clients around the world, mostly in the UK, India, Canada, Hong Kong and Australia.
 
Can I access my store from any computer?
Yes, you can log in to your online store from any computer, as long as it has Internet access.
 
I have a large business. Is Retaxis right for me?

Is my store information carried over if i upgrade from free trial to a paid subscription ?
Yes, when you upgrade from a free trial subscription to a paid subscription the store data is carried over and there is no loss of information.
 
Can i map my domain name to my store during the free trial period ?
No we do not offer option to map your domain name with your free trial storefront, you can though connect your domain with your existing storefront when you plan to upgrade or take a paid subscription.
 
Is there a limitation to domain extensions that can be mapped to my storefront ?
There is no limitation to domain extensions that you can map with your storefront. You can use all popular TLDs for that purpose..
 
What changes do i need to make in my domain so that it gets connected to my storefront ?
To map your domain to your subscribed storefront you can change your name servers and point then to

NS1 : ns1.cstechns.com
NS1 IP : 96.31.68.3

NS2 : ns2.cstechns.com
NS2 IP : 96.31.68.4

Once you have made the changes your domain will get automatically connected to the storefront. Please note that pointing of domains to a new name server takes 24-48 hrs to reflect globally.
